Clean your dentures every day to avoid the accumulation of plague that can cause stains on dentures and gum problems.

To clean your dentures, remove them and rinse them under water to dislodge any food particles.
Clean your dentures with a toothbrush with soft bristles and denture cleaner or a mild soap.

Household cleaners and ordinary toothpastes are too abrasive and should not be used for cleaning dentures. Gently brush all surfaces of the prosthesis, also under the hooks, where the bacteria lodge. Rinse your dentures in clean water before putting them in your mouth.
